As stated in my Terms of Service located in Commissions insertion of my art, commissioned or otherwise breaks the TOS agreement and may be faced with legal action.
Commissioned art cannot be used to create income or marketing (ie prints/merchandise) without express permission when commissioned or permission requested prior and credit must be clearly given. A fee may be added.
You are forbidden to use my art in any campaign to spread hate or harm.REPOSTING OF ART
Reposting of my art is forbidden. Please retweet/share my original posts instead.

NO ILLEGAL SUBJECTSTWITCH COMMISSIONS ARE SFW ONLYCOMPLEX COMMISSIONS MAY GAIN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF UP TO 80% COMMISSION COSTI RETAIN THE RIGHT TO REJECT COMMISSIONSPAYMENT FOR OUT OF STREAM COMMISSIONS MUST BE UPFRONTPAYMENT FOR IN STREAM COMMISSIONS MUST BE MADE BEFORE COMPLETION.You are entitled to up to 5 free minor corrections before final linework and 2 once the commission is completed.If any major corrections are needed due to negligence on the commissioner’s part (missing from refs, change of mind or updated details without informing the artist, ect) then you will incur a corrections fee of up to 50% of the original commission.You are entitled to a 50% refund at any stage before the commission reaches the linework stage.For commissions bought in stream, lack of feedback during the process exempts Kobold Kurios of fault for any mistakes madeExperimental art is entirely the artist's choice outside of the character/characters and simple general theme or personality.Requests of specific pose/setting etc will be charged as a Full Detailed Commission.Finished commissions will not be refunded.If the commission is less than 24 hours old and you are significantly unhappy or have significant problems with the commission (i.e. you feel and can provide evidence that the commission is not what you paid for) then you may be entitled to a 50% refund.RECOLOUR OR FURTHER EDITING OF COMMISSIONED ART WITHOUT EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION IS FORBIDDENENTERING MY WORKS INTO AI ALGORITHMS WILL BE MET WITH LEGAL ACTION.You may post your completed commission on any social media profile once it is completed however the signature watermark is not to be removed from the image.
Credit is not required but appreciated - passing off the art as yours or any other individual’s is not permitted.You are free to use the finished commission as you see fit (use as icon, colour change, change background ect) and use for your own personal use.Using the commission for profit unless specially discussed and contracted prior is not permitted.Kobold Kurios has permission to post the art on any affiliated social media platform after you have received your commission unless previously discussed. (twitter, discord, FA etc)Kobold Kurios maintains the right to sell prints of any art not affiliated with OCs.Inappropriate commissioner behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission can be cancelled at any stage without refund due to but not limited to any of the following:
Sexual harassment
Hate toward POC, LGBTQIA+ and other minorities
Verbal harassment
